Cancellation Policy

Data-Medica can cancel orders:-

If goods that have been invoiced have not been paid for within normal trading terms any further orders will be cancelled.

Any accounts can be cancelled due to Liquidation of the customer, Bankruptcy or Insolvency.

If a false address is supplied Data-Medica  will not ship the products. Failure to  supply a valid address after 7 days will result in the order being cancelled.

A customer can cancel an order provided Data-Medica is informed within 14 days of the Invoice date and provided the item is not an indent order from overseas.
