The page where this information is given by you is controlled by our contract merchant service provider, Payment Express. Your Credit Card details are secure. Using a Merchant Service Provider allows us to accept payments via Credit Card from customers online while at the same time ensuring the transaction is both valid and secure at the time of payment. Also eliminating the risk that comes with storing Credit Card information.

If the rightful cardholder did not place an order, they have the right to dispute the transaction up to 30 days after it has taken place, depending on whether it was processed on a MasterCard or Visa card.

3. Your personal profile

Your order is recorded in our system however no contact details are given to anyone outside the company. We may give you a follow up call at any time to see if there is anything else we can help you with and that you are satisfied with our service. Information on your purchase using your name is not disclosed to any other parties for marketing purposes of any sort.

Information, which does not identify any individual may be used in a general way by us to provide marketing information,. e.g Helping us understand which products are suitable for which professional sectors. This is classified as sensitive information by the Privacy Act.
